I am fully insured and have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate. I am a full member of both the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Association of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). I am therefore bound by their Codes of Conduct and Ethics.
You will be required to sign a consent form agreeing to terms & conditions as laid out in KLA Hypnotherapy contract between them and the client.
The contract is subject to English and Welsh Law with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the United Kingdom.
